Abstract (summary)

A pilot project was initiated with a local health organization to offer all 4th year baccalaureate program students an opportunity to complete their final nurse supervised preceptorship as an undergraduate (unregulated) paid nursing employee. RESEARCH QUESTION: What are the perceived benefits and challenges for 4th year baccalaureate nursing students completing a paid preceptorship in partnership with a local health authority?
