dc.description.abstractFlying Hearts uses a community-oriented approach to creating work for a previously neglected audience: children with multiple exceptionalities and their companions. The most vital thing about this work is that it uses theatrical performance to engender a shared, joyful experience that expands ideas about what theatre performances and audiences can be.
