Presented April 30 to May 1, 2015 at the Undergraduate Research in Science Conference of Alberta held at MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta.
The purpose of my research was to analyze the population densities of hepatocytes and sinusoids in the liver lobule of a real image and a simulated image. This analysis was done using Matlab. This information would then be used to make adjustments to the code in the simulated image to reflect the population density in a real image.
