Abstract (summary)

Although post-conference at the end of the clinical day is commonly used for nursing students to reflect on nursing practice, personal and contextual factors can create barriers to student engagement in meaningful discussion. Asynchronous online post-conference has been suggested as a viable alternative but little is known about the suitability of that modality. The purpose of this pilot project, therefore, was to examine asynchronous online discussion as a format for clinical post-conference.
