dc.description.abstract | In today's episode, we are joined by Dr. Albena Perglova in her research that explores whether entrepreneurship education can motivate more women to enter STEM fields as entrepreneurs. We discuss how Dr. Perglova's research focuses on underrepresented entrepreneurs, including women and social entrepreneurs, and how they can positively change their communities. Dr. Perglovas's PhD research focused on interdisciplinary links between business fields, emphasizing small businesses and positive social change. | |
