| dc.description.abstract | Today we learn about smart technology and the democratization of health through point-of-need sensors with Dr. Samuel Mugo, a professor of analytical chemistry at MacEwan University, whose research program involves the use of smart sensor technology for human and animal health and wellness, as well as agri-food chemical analysis. Along the way, we will learn about the United Nations Sustainable Development goals, and find out how chemistry and technology can come together to address food security and help people take control of their physical and mental wellness. | |
